Bandsaw Machine

Bandsaw Machines are used for precise and uniform cutting (200 mm round and 200 x 200 mm rectangular cutting specifications) of metal, wood and various other materials. Equipped with 3505 x 27 x 0.9 mm blade, these machines can maintain maximum 80 mtr/min cutting speed. These PLC driven automatic systems have touch screen based user friendly human machine interface for high output. These bandsaw equipments also consist of blade tension arrangement (manual) and hydraulic material clamping facility. Hydraulic reservoir of these machines has 35 liter of oil storage capacity. These motor controlled systems boast of having 0.5 hp hydraulic motor, 2 hp saw motor and 0.25 hp coolant motor for high productivity at less operating cost.
